hmmmm... it's been a few days after those shots and out of the blue, I got major congestion symptoms & lost my voice!
coincidence????
The aim of this blog is to capture the history of my first mission trip to Africa... my first mission trip anywhere for that matter. May God receive all the praise and glory every step of the way!

First round of shots
Today was my first round of shots. I was blessed that Joe T. Robinson (my BSF Teaching leader's husband) was so kind as to offer me the opportunity to get all the shots that he's authorized to give for cost! HUGE savings! Thanks Joe T!!!
I told his sweet nurses that I have never been a big fan of getting shots so they were especially kind. Come to find out, my recent root canal put the teeny tiny pain associated with shots in perspective! NO TRAUMA AT ALL!
I should also note that while the nurses double-teamed my arms, in the attempt to make 4 shots feel like 2 shots.... they still felt like 4 shots! :) neveradmittedtobeingbrave!!!!!!
